Office Manager Full Time

As Office Manager you are responsible for ensuring the office runs as a well oiled machine and that all visitors, customers, vendors, and employees have an exceptional experience with Joe’s Garage Coffee.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise front lobby and interactions.
• Office vendor management, coordination, and oversite
• Coordinate recruiting process with Human Resources Manager and manage hiring of entry level positions.
• Human resources administration duties including filing, data entry, and other duties as required.
• Managing office inbox and incoming calls and directing to the appropriate party
• Ensuring main office is a welcoming space
• Processing mail and deliveries
• Maintaining current and developing new office systems to improve efficiency
• Office supplies, including anticipating needs and purchasing accordingly
• Organizing and maintaining vendor and customer files
• Processing wholesale and retail orders
• Provide customers with over-the-top service at all times, the Joe’s Garage Coffee way
• Perform any other work as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 5 years office and/or sales team experience desirable
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and accepted in lieu of office experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain quality relationships with customers and team members
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google web-based products. (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, etc.)
• Valid Washington State Drivers License and ability to run errands and pick up items when necessary in own personal vehicle
• Physical demands: Lifting up to 25 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to take ownership and achieve goals independently
